Haridwar (Rajeev Sharma): In a heartbreaking incident, six people lost their lives after a stampede broke out at the Mansa Devi temple in Haridwar, Uttarakhand on Sunday. The tragedy unfolded when a massive crowd gathered at the popular hilltop shrine, leading to panic and chaos.
Confirming the incident, Garhwal Division Commissioner Vinay Shankar Pandey told ANI, “Six people have died in a stampede after a huge crowd assembled at the Mansa Devi temple. I am heading to the site. A detailed report is awaited.”
