New Delhi (Rajeev Sharma): Prime Minister Narendra Modi celebrated his 75th birthday on Wednesday, with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) observing the day by launching a nationwide initiative focused on public service and welfare. The party announced the beginning of Sewa Pakhwada, a fortnight-long programme running till October 2.
