Nayab Singh Saini said that 1,646 Ward Committees have been constituted in all urban local bodies across the state for the convenience of citizens and resolution of their grievances. Any person can lodge a complaint regarding sanitation and waste collection on the WhatsApp numbers of these Ward Committees, which will be resolved within a stipulated time.
