Calgary (Rajeev Sharma): The Alberta government is committing $38.5 million toward municipal infrastructure needed to support a proposed Alberta Motor Transport Association (AMTA) safety campus in Beaumont. The funding will go to the City of Beaumont to help build roads, utilities and other municipal services within the city’s Innovation Park. The infrastructure is expected to support development of the proposed training campus while also making the area more accessible for future investment.
