Chandigarh, August 29 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini has approved a major infrastructure project for Hisar city. The plan includes the construction of the Hisar bypass, which will start from Hisar-Rajgarh Road (NH-52), cross Hisar-Delhi Road (NH-9), and connect to Hisar-Kaithal Road (NH-52). The bypass will span about 41 kilometers and is estimated to cost ₹1900 crore. Of this, nearly ₹1000 crore will be spent on land acquisition. The project will be executed in collaboration with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI).
