Mumbai (Gurpreet Singh): Bollywood actor Salman Khan has sold an apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West locality for ₹3.48 crore, according to property registration documents. The sale was officially registered on July 9, 2026.
The apartment is located in Shiv-Asthan Heights, a residential building in Bandra West, one of Mumbai’s most premium and sought-after neighbourhoods. The property has a carpet area of 758 square feet and includes two dedicated car parking spaces.
Based on the transaction value, the apartment was sold at an approximate rate of ₹46,000 per square foot on the carpet area, as per the registered documents.
The property has been jointly purchased by Munira Akberali Dandawala, Mahdiali Akberali Dandawala, and Zehra Mahdiali Dandawala. The transaction attracted a stamp duty of ₹21 lakh, while the registration fee paid was ₹30,000, according to the records.
The sale highlights the sustained demand for premium residential properties in Bandra West, a locality that remains a preferred destination for celebrities, business leaders, and high-net-worth individuals. Salman Khan has long been associated with the area, where he continues to reside with his family.
At the time of reporting, neither Salman Khan nor the buyers had issued any statement regarding the transaction.
The deal is among several high-profile celebrity real estate transactions recorded in Mumbai this year, reinforcing Bandra West’s position as one of the city’s most active luxury housing markets.
