BSEH to Release HTET 2025 Admit Cards on July 1 Ahead of Weekend Examinations

Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): The Board of School Education Haryana has finalized all logistical arrangements for the upcoming Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test 2025 across Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 categories. The competitive state examinations are officially scheduled to take place on July 4 and 5, 2026, at various designated centres. Eligible candidates can download their mandatory admit cards from the board’s official website starting July 1 by submitting their registration number or application ID alongside their exact date of birth.

BSEH Chairman Shankar Lal Dhuparr stated that candidates must carry a clear, high-quality colour printout of both the Centre Copy and the Candidate Copy of the admit card to the examination venue. Candidates are also required to bring the original photo identity card that was used during the initial online application process. To facilitate smooth security checks at the main gates, electronic metal detector screening, and biometric data capturing, examinees must arrive at their designated centres at least 2 hours and 10 minutes prior to the commencement of the test. The board has explicitly clarified that no requests for changes to the examination centre or chosen subject will be entertained under any circumstances.

In an effort to support specially-abled applicants, the board has relaxed rules for visually impaired and physically disabled candidates with a certified disability of 40 per cent or more who cannot write independently. Such candidates are permitted to arrange for a scribe or request one from the board by visiting Room Number 28 at the BSEH headquarters at least four days before the examination. Alternatively, candidates can coordinate directly with their appointed Centre Superintendent at least two days in advance with proper medical and educational credentials, provided the scribe’s qualification does not exceed the Senior Secondary level. All specially-abled candidates, regardless of whether they use a writer, will receive a compensatory time allowance of 50 minutes.

Strict security protocols will be enforced at all venues, completely banning items such as mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, bags, and metallic jewellery like rings, chains, or earrings. However, the board has granted specific exemptions for married female candidates to wear their traditional mangalsutra, bindi, and sindoor, while baptized Sikh candidates will be fully permitted to carry their mandatory religious articles. For any technical issues faced during the downloading process, candidates can contact the dedicated board helpline at 01664-254305 for immediate resolution.
