Gurpreet Singh :- The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has officially announced the result dates for Class 10 and Class 12 examinations, bringing an end to the wait of lakhs of students across the state. According to the board, the Class 10 results will be declared on May 11, while the Class 12 results will be announced on May 13.
Following the announcement, anxiety and excitement among students and parents have visibly increased as they await the outcome of the annual examinations.
In view of the stress and emotional pressure often associated with board results, PSEB has also launched a special toll-free counselling helpline for students. The board stated that trained psychologists and counsellors will be available to guide students dealing with anxiety, fear or mental stress related to the results.
The toll-free helpline number issued by the board is 9549-161-161.
Issuing a message to students, the board emphasized that examination results should not be considered the final destination in life, but rather a stepping stone towards future opportunities. Students have been encouraged to remain confident, maintain a positive outlook and continue working hard irrespective of the outcome.
PSEB also extended its best wishes to all students for their future academic and professional journeys.
