Kejriwal refuses to appear before Justice Swarnkanta, cites loss of faith

Rajeev Sharma :- Arvind Kejriwal has sparked fresh debate in political and legal circles after writing to Justice Swarnkanta, stating that he will no longer appear before the court, either personally or through his counsel. In his communication, Kejriwal said he has completely lost faith in receiving justice from the judge, prompting him to take what he described as a firm and principled stand.

He further said the decision was guided by his inner conscience and asserted that he would now follow the path of non-violent resistance inspired by Mahatma Gandhi.

At the same time, Kejriwal clarified that he is not closing legal options. He said he reserves the right to challenge any order before the Supreme Court of India and may approach higher judicial forums if required.
