Gurpreet Singh :- The video of a high-voltage drama went viral on social media in which a young man was seen assaulting a young woman in public outside a liquor shop near Bristol Chowk last late night,the police said on Thursday.
The two fought for a long time and the man pulled her hair and slapped her. They also hurled abuse at each other, but no one nearby intervened in the matter.

A bystander recorded the entire incident and shared it on social media. The police have not taken any action yet due to the lack of a complaint.
In the viral video, the young man and woman can be seen scuffling amid heavy crowd and traffic outside a liquor shop. The man repeatedly slaps the woman. Despite the assault, the woman remains undeterred and continues to resist the man. She attempts to hit him and escape, but he continues to slap her. During the scuffle, the woman pulls off the man’s T-shirt and both of them exchange a lot of abuse.
A senior police officer said a video had surfaced and it’s being investigated by the social media team of the police.
