Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini Extends Festive Greetings, Thanks Citizens for Trust and Support

Chandigarh, October 19: Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini extended heartfelt greetings to the people of the state on the joyous occasions of Diwali, Govardhan Puja, Vishwakarma Day, and Bhai Dooj. He also expressed gratitude to the citizens for their unwavering trust and support as the Haryana government completed one year of its third term.

In his message, CM Saini said that Diwali symbolizes light, prosperity, and harmony, reflecting the essence of India’s rich cultural heritage. He added that festivals strengthen the spirit of love, cooperation, and unity among people. Govardhan Puja, he noted, reminds us of gratitude towards nature and the importance of environmental protection. Vishwakarma Day, he said, honors the invaluable contribution of artisans, craftsmen, and workers — the true foundation of the state’s progress. The festival of Bhai Dooj, he added, celebrates the eternal bond between brothers and sisters, a proud part of India’s cultural legacy.

Highlighting the government’s achievements, CM Saini said that during the first year of its third term, Haryana has taken historic steps in welfare, inclusive growth, and good governance. Initiatives for farmers, youth, women, senior citizens, and weaker sections have brought positive change to millions of lives. He credited these accomplishments to the people’s continuous support and participation.

The Chief Minister also urged citizens to celebrate Diwali in an eco-friendly and pollution-free manner and to uphold cleanliness as a shared responsibility. He concluded by wishing every resident of Haryana happiness, peace, prosperity, and good health.
