Kaithal (Balwinder Singh): Four people lost their lives in a severe accident on Monday morning when a car collided with a Haryana Roadways bus near Kyodak village in Kaithal district.
The victims, residents of Bathinda in Punjab, were reportedly on their way to attend a gurdwara program in Pehowa (Kurukshetra) when their vehicle struck a bus travelling from Adampur to Chandigarh. The force of the collision caused the car to overturn, resulting in the fatality of all four passengers.
Police teams rushed to the spot soon after receiving information and shifted the victims to a hospital. Authorities have launched a probe into the incident to determine the sequence of events that led to the mishap.
