PM Modi to Address Mega Rally in Siwan on June 20, BJP Promises Major Announcements for Bihar

Siwan, Bihar – June 6, 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to visit Siwan on June 20 to address a large public rally, as announced by Bihar BJP chief Dilip Kumar Jaiswal. The event is being positioned as a landmark political gathering, with expectations of major policy announcements for the state.

This will be Modi’s third visit to Bihar in recent weeks, following his appearances in Madhubani on April 24 and a two-day tour to Patna and Bikramganj in Rohtas district on May 29 and 30. According to Jaiswal, the Prime Minister has visited Bihar 51 times in the past 11 years, demonstrating his commitment to the state’s development.

To ensure smooth logistics, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary and Health Minister Mangal Pandey conducted a review visit to Siwan ahead of the rally.

Jaiswal used the opportunity to contrast Modi’s frequent outreach to Bihar with Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, criticizing Gandhi’s sporadic appearances limited to election campaigns and accusing him of failing to build sustained support in the state.

The Siwan rally is expected to serve both as a platform for the BJP’s electoral mobilization and as a forum for unveiling initiatives aimed at economic and social upliftment in Bihar.
