New Delhi | National Times Bureau: India has once again taken a firm stance against Pakistan’s repeated ceasefire violations and support for terrorism by launching precise strikes along the border. In a joint press conference held by the Director Generals of Military Operations (DGMOs) of the three armed forces, it was revealed that Indian forces used laser guns to target multiple Pakistani drones.
“Terror Plots Were Brewing in Pahalgam” – Lt. General Rajiv Ghai
Lt. General Ghai stated that for years, Pakistan had been promoting terrorist activities in India. These sinister plots were primarily being orchestrated from Pahalgam. In response, Indian forces crossed the Line of Control (LoC) with full preparation and struck back. He also confirmed the destruction of Pakistan’s Noor Khan Airbase, clarifying that these strikes were aimed solely at terrorists and not at any civilian or state assets.
“Crossing Our Air Defense is Impossible” – Air Marshal A.K. Bharti
Air Marshal A.K. Bharti emphasized the strength of India’s air defense systems, describing them as exceptionally robust. He added that Indian forces had successfully intercepted even Chinese missiles and are fully capable of responding swiftly to any infiltration or attack. “When our morale is high, the path to victory clears itself,” he concluded with confidence.
“Terror Strikes Will Now Invite Military Response” – Indian Army’s Warning
The Indian Army has made it clear that any future terrorist attack will be treated as a direct act of war. If Pakistan once again breaches the ceasefire agreement, the Indian response will be even more severe.
DGMO-Level Talks: Hope Amid Tensions
A scheduled evening dialogue between the DGMOs of both countries aims to address ceasefire commitments, border stability, and cross-border terrorism. It’s worth noting that although Pakistan announced a ceasefire on May 10, it was violated within hours. India then responded decisively with laser-guided weapons, anti-drone technology, and aerial strikes.
Normalcy Returns to Border Regions
Following India’s strong countermeasures and the ceasefire declaration, the situation in border states like Punjab, Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, and Gujarat has returned to normal. Schools and colleges have reopened, roads are bustling with traffic, and markets are operating as usual.
