New Delhi, May 10, 2025 — In a high-level joint briefing, the Ministry of External Affairs, the Indian Air Force, and the Indian Army confirmed that India carried out air strikes on multiple Pakistani air bases, including Raffiqui, Mureed, Chaklala, Rahim Yar Khan, Sakoor, and Chuniya. Precision-guided weapons were also used to hit targets in Pasroor and Sialkot, officials said.
India acknowledged limited equipment damage at its installations in Udhampur, Pathankot, Adampur, and Bhuj, but categorically denied reports of major infrastructure loss. Claims regarding destroyed airstrips or compromised S-400 systems were refuted with visual proof showing intact runways.
The government also confirmed civilian casualties in Kashmir due to cross-border fire but emphasized its readiness to deescalate tensions, should Pakistan reciprocate.
India further dismissed allegations of cyber attacks on its power grid and rejected claims of missile launches into Afghanistan, calling them “baseless and misleading.”
