CM Nayab Singh Saini Halts Convoy in Bhaini Maharajpur, Interacts with Villagers

Chandigarh, March 9, 2025 – Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini made an unscheduled stop at Bhaini Maharajpur village while traveling from Dadri to Hisar. He interacted with locals, inquired about their well-being, and extended Holika Dahan and Holi greetings.

Farmers’ Welfare: A Priority

During the visit, CM Saini discussed crop conditions with farmers. He reiterated that Haryana is a farmer-friendly state, ensuring that all crops are purchased at Minimum Support Price (MSP)—a policy that sets Haryana apart as the first state in India to implement such a measure.

Addressing concerns over unseasonal rain and hailstorms, the CM assured that special Girdawari (crop damage assessment) has been ordered. Additionally, a compensation portal has been launched where farmers can register their crop losses online.

A Leader Among the People

The unexpected visit thrilled the villagers, who were surprised yet delighted to see the CM in their midst. His humble demeanor and approachable nature left a lasting impression. Standing among the villagers, he listened to their concerns firsthand, reflecting his commitment to governance with a personal touch. Residents praised his simplicity and warmth, calling the interaction a testament to his people-first leadership.
