Canada ( Rajeev Sharma), March 5, 2025: The problems of Punjabis seem to be increasing. The rules related to visa in Canada have been made more strict, which will affect millions of people from all over India including Punjab. Mostly it will affect the students going to Canada on Study Visa.
After the implementation of new strict rules, their permits are being cancelled. 35-40 percent of students who went to Canada on Study Visa are Indians, including a large number of Punjabis. According to the new rules implemented in Canada, now border and immigration officers can cancel temporary residential visas like Study Visa and Work Permit.
According to the new rules, if a student refuses to give work or study visa. Then his immigration papers will be cancelled. Apart from this, if a student’s study permit is cancelled, he will also face difficulty in getting a work permit after completing his studies. It is worth noting that the action of cancellation of visa will be taken against those people who have fake documents, wrong information and criminal records.
