National Times Bureau :- A 26-year-old youth from Punjab’s Moga district, identified as Mandeep Singh, lost his life in a severe road accident in Strathmore, Canada. Mandeep, a resident of Gholia Khurd village, had moved abroad in pursuit of a better future, but fate had other plans.
Fatal Collision with Truck
According to reports, the accident occurred when a truck collided with the vehicle Mandeep was traveling in. The crash was so severe that by the time emergency services arrived, he had already passed away on the spot.
Sole Breadwinner of the Family
Mandeep was the only earning member of his family, carrying the responsibility of supporting his loved ones back home. News of his sudden death has left the entire village in deep mourning. Relatives and neighbors are struggling to come to terms with the tragedy, while his parents and family members remain inconsolable.
Appeal for Help to Repatriate the Body
The grieving family has appealed to the Punjab government and the Indian embassy to help bring Mandeep’s body back to India at the earliest, so they can perform his last rites and bid him a final farewell.
