Chandigarh, August 30 – Haryana’s Minister of Sports, Youth Empowerment and Entrepreneurship, and State Minister for Law and Legislative Affairs, Gaurav Gautam, announced that the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana will serve as an effective step for ensuring women’s social security and dignity. The scheme will be launched on September 25, 2025, marking the birth anniversary of Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay.
Under the scheme, eligible women will receive financial assistance of ₹2,100 every month. Women in Haryana, both married and unmarried, aged 23 years or above as of September 25, 2025, will benefit from this initiative. If a family has three eligible women, all three will be entitled to the benefits.
Gautam emphasized that the state government has already implemented several initiatives for women’s empowerment and strengthening. Continuing this commitment, the government has decided to roll out the Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana, which will undoubtedly make women more empowered and secure.
