Wisconsin Teen Allegedly Killed Parents in Plot to Assassinate President Donald Trump, Says FBI

Wisconsin (Rajeev Sharma): A 17-year-old high school student from Waukesha, Wisconsin, has been accused of murdering his parents as part of a broader plan to assassinate former US President Donald Trump, according to recently unsealed FBI documents.

The teenager, identified as Nikita Casap, faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide following the discovery of his mother, Tatiana Casap (35), and stepfather, Donald Mayer (51), dead in their home on February 28. Authorities believe the killings occurred around February 11.

Court documents indicate Casap’s digital devices contained disturbing material, including affiliations with the neo-Nazi group Order of Nine Angles, antisemitic writings, and references to Adolf Hitler. Investigators say the suspect’s writings detailed a plot to assassinate Trump as part of a revolutionary effort to overthrow the US government.

In addition to homicide, Casap faces seven felony charges, including identity theft and concealing a corpse. Authorities say his motive was to gain financial independence to carry out the political assassination. The investigation also revealed communications with individuals in Russia, purchases of a drone and explosives, and plans to flee to Ukraine after the attack.

Casap was apprehended in Kansas on the same day the bodies were found, driving Mayer’s vehicle, which contained a firearm, cash hidden in a Bible, jewelry, and a pried-open safe. He is currently being held on a $1 million bond. A preliminary hearing took place on April 9, with an arraignment scheduled for May 7 in Waukesha County Court. Casap has not yet entered a plea.
