Zirakpur (National Times): Vishvas Foundation took the first step in the world to crush the fierce heat with Ayurvedic Barley SattuZirakpur 10 June 2025. People are suffering from the heat in North India.
In such a situation, Vishvas Foundation, with the blessings of Gurudev Shri Swami Vishvas Ji, set up a stall of Barley Sattu under the bridge at Singhpura Chowk to provide relief to thousands of passersby and people struggling with the heat.
The stall started at 11 am and lasted till 3:00 pm.Sadhvi Neelima Vishvas, President of Vishvas Foundation, said that due to increasing heat and natural imbalance, the situation has become worrying. In these circumstances, it is very difficult to remove bodily heat with sherbets made from colors and chemicals, taking this idea, Sadhvi ji distributed the very beneficial Barley Sattu told by Ayurvedic sages to the general public.
To provide relief from the scorching heat, the followers boarded the roadways buses and served water to the passengers. Giving water to the thirsty is the most virtuous act.Barley Sattu contains nutrients like fibre, B-complex vitamins, iron, magnesium and phosphorus in abundance.
It helps in improving digestion, controlling blood sugar, reducing uric acid and keeping the body cool. According to Ayurveda, Barley Sattu cures kidney related diseases, bile disorders, heat stroke, all diseases caused by heat and all kinds of blood related disorders. On the occasion of this holy service, the followers of Vishvas Foundation served with great enthusiasm.
