National Times Bureau :- A tragic road accident occurred on Saturday morning at 8:30 AM on the Alnabard Hanumangarh Road when a Haryana Roadways bus collided with a tractor-trolley. The collision resulted in the deaths of two individuals riding in the tractor-trolley, while seven others sustained injuries, four of them critically.
The deceased have been identified as Vimla and Krishna from Alnabard. The injured, including Saroj, Roshni, Bimla, Rajbala, Sharda Devi, Sunita, and Subhash, were immediately transported to Sirsa Civil Hospital for medical treatment. Authorities reported that the tractor-trolley, carrying laborers to the cotton fields from a nearby dhani, was struck from behind by the high-speed bus, causing it to overturn and leaving passengers trapped under the vehicle.
Police reached the site promptly and coordinated rescue operations, while medical teams began treatment for the injured. Investigations into the circumstances of the accident are ongoing.
