“This Is Not Just Retaliation, This Is New India”: PM Modi Vows Stern Response Against Terror at Bikaner Rally

Bikaner, May 22, 2025: Prime Minister Narendra Modi, addressing a massive rally in Rajasthan’s Bikaner, delivered a fiery message to Pakistan, asserting that India’s resolve in the face of terrorism has taken a new form under Operation Sindoor. In a symbolic declaration, Modi said, “There is no blood flowing in Modi’s veins, but hot Sindoor,” drawing thunderous applause from the crowd.

The Prime Minister emphasized that the days of India being silent in the face of provocation are over. “Now there will be neither trade nor talk with Pakistan. If there will be any conversation, it will be only about Pakistan-Occupied Kashmir,” he declared. His remarks came in the wake of Operation Sindoor, launched on May 7 following the brutal Pahalgam terror attack which killed 26 people.

Modi underlined the costs Pakistan would have to bear for perpetuating terrorism, stating that their army and economy would pay the price. “This is not an act of revenge, it is a new form of justice. This is the ‘Raudra Roop’ of a strong India,” he said.

Recalling past military responses, Modi proclaimed, “First we attacked them in their own house, now we’ve struck them on the chest.” He praised India’s armed forces for their coordinated precision strikes and reaffirmed his government’s support for military autonomy. “Our government gave a free hand to all three forces… Together, they created such a Chakravyuh that Pakistan was forced to kneel down,” he said.

Modi also referenced India’s suspension of cooperation under the Indus Water Treaty, making it clear that Pakistan would not receive a “single drop” of India’s water. “If Pakistan continues to export terror, it will beg for every penny,” he warned.

With poetic force, he concluded, “Those who tried to wipe off Sindoor have turned to dust. Those who spilled Indian blood have been answered. Those who once boasted of their weapons now lie buried beneath rubble.”
