National Times Bureau :- In a dramatic turn of events, an FIR has been registered against late IPS Officer Y Puran Kumar's wife in connection with Rohtak ASI Sandeep Lathar's suicide case. The FIR names four people, IPS officer Y Puran Kumar’s gunman Sushil, Kumar’s wife P Avneet Kaur, Bathinda Rural MLA Amit Ratna, and one other person. Officials have so far refused to provide a copy of the FIR, citing ongoing investigations.
