New Delhi (Gurpreet Singh): A Delhi court has directed that fresh summons be issued to YouTuber Dhruv Rathee in a defamation case filed in 2018 by BJP IT Cell member Vikas Pandey. The court passed the order on October 12 after hearing a plea seeking fresh steps to serve the summons on Rathee. Judicial Magistrate Rahul Jain noted that the complainant had been trying to serve Rathee for several years. The court directed that fresh summons be issued at his address in Gurugram, Haryana.
