New Delhi (Rajeev Sharma): A complaint concerning an alleged disturbance during the rendition of ‘Vande Mataram’ at the Congress Independence Day programme is currently being looked into by the Delhi Police. The incident is said to have occurred during the August 15 celebrations organised at the All India Congress Committee (AICC) headquarters in the national capital. Advocate Shubh Sharma approached the IP Estate Police Station with a complaint naming Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Rahul Gandhi.
