(Rajeev Sharma)— Authorities in British Columbia are preparing to release new details about the case of Rabih Alkhalil, a twice-convicted murderer who has evaded capture for over three years. The RCMP’s Federal Policing Pacific Region and the B.C. Combined Forces Special Enforcement Unit announced that they will hold a press conference later today to share developments in the ongoing investigation.
