National Times Bureau :- A major accident occurred in Panchkula during heavy rainfall when a large tree fell on a moving school van, injuring six children on board. The incident took place on Wednesday afternoon while the van was transporting students back home after school hours. Eyewitnesses reported that the sudden downpour, accompanied by strong winds, caused the tree to collapse directly onto the vehicle. Local residents and passersby rushed to the spot and immediately informed the authorities.
