Chandigarh, March 11: In a significant step towards enhancing road safety, enforcement, urban mobility and public awareness, Punjab Police signed two Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) with Raahgiri Foundation and The Urban Lab Foundation at Punjab Police Headquarter here.
