Tarn Taran (Punjab), March 31, 2025 – In a major crackdown under Punjab’s anti-drug campaign “Yudh Nashean Virudh”, Tarn Taran Police arrested a key drug smuggler with connections to Pakistan and USA-based syndicates. The accused, Harshpreet Singh from Amritsar’s Roranwala, was caught with 15 kg of heroin, Director General of Police (DGP) Gaurav Yadav announced on Monday.Police also seized a white Activa scooter (PB 02 CJ 4165) used for smuggling.
