Chandigarh, January 19: The Haryana Sahitya and Culture Academy, Panchkula, through its Sanskrit Wing, organised a grand Sanskrit speech competition and an intellectual seminar on the occasion of Swami Vivekananda Jayanti at the Maharaja Dahir Sen Auditorium in the Academy building on Sunday.
