Chandigarh (Balwinder Singh): Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini announced a major initiative to promote natural farming across the state during his address at the Natural Farming Dialogue organised by the Haryana Agriculture and Farmers Welfare Department in Panchkula.
