National Times Bureau :- A police inspector died and at least 13 people were injured after a large swing broke and fell during the Surajkund Mela in Faridabad on Saturday evening, causing panic among visitors. The incident happened around 6 pm when a ride called “Tsunami” stopped working properly and tilted before crashing while about 15 to 26 people were on it. People lost balance and some parts of the ride broke. Inspector Jagdish Prasad, who was on fair duty and posted in Palwal, ran towards the ride after seeing it tilt.
