Kolkata, February 10: The Election Commission (EC) on Tuesday revised the schedule for the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in West Bengal, announcing that the state’s final electoral rolls will now be published on February 28. Supreme Court Cancels Sushil Kumar’s Bail in Sagar Dhankhar Murder Case

New Delhi: The Supreme Court on Wednesday cancelled the bail of former Indian wrestler and two-time Olympic medallist Sushil Kumar in the 2021 murder case of junior wrestler Sagar Dhankhar. The court has ordered him to surrender within a week.The decision overturns an earlier Delhi High Court order granting bail to Kumar.
