National Times Bureau :- IAS officer Anmeet P. Kumar, wife of late Haryana ADGP Y. Puran Kumar, has lodged a formal complaint accusing DGP Shatrujeet Singh Kapur and Rohtak SP Narendra Bijarniya of abetting her husband’s suicide. The complaint, filed under Section 108 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), 2023 — which pertains to abetment of suicide — also invokes sections of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
