Chandigarh, November 24 — The Haryana Animal Husbandry and Dairying Department’s Trainer Training Institute (TTI), Hisar, has signed an important Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Art of Living’s Vyakti Vikas Kendra India, Bengaluru, to launch specialised training programmes for departmental officers and staff.The MoU was signed in the presence of Art of Living founder Sri Sri Ravi Shankar and the department’s Commissioner-cum-Secretary Vijay Singh Dahiya, IAS.
