Sri Anandpur Sahib, August 11, 2025 (National Times) — Punjab Education Minister Sardar Harjot Singh Bains today performed shoe-cleaning service at Sri Anandpur Sahib, as part of a religious penance directed by Sri Akal Takht Sahib. The service began around 9 a.m. after he paid obeisance at Gurdwara Sheeshganj Sahib.According to available information, today marked the final day of the service under this penance.
