National Times Bureau :- A significant landslide struck the Lower Khalini locality in Shimla early Monday morning, severely affecting traffic along the stretch connecting Jhanjidi Road to Bihar Village Road. The incident occurred around 5 a.m., leaving residents struggling to commute during the morning hours. While schools and colleges remained closed following prior orders from Deputy Commissioner Anupam Kashyap, daily wage earners and office-goers faced considerable difficulties, as even smaller vehicles were unable to navigate the blocked road.
