Patna, November 11, 2025 — The second and final phase of the Bihar Assembly elections witnessed a strong voter turnout of 67.14% by 5 PM, according to the Election Commission of India. Polling began early in the morning at 7 AM and continued peacefully across 122 constituencies in 20 districts under tight security arrangements.Voters turned up in large numbers throughout the day, reflecting a high level of public engagement.
