Gurpreet Singh :- A tragic road accident in Ludhiana claimed the life of a 17-year-old student on Friday morning after a speeding truck hit the scooter she was riding with her father near Mata Rani Chowk. The victim, identified as Rashmi Kumari, a resident of a village in Nalanda district in Bihar was travelling to the railway station with her father to board a train for Bihar, where she was scheduled to appear for her Class 11 examination.
