Hon’ble Congress President has appointed Shri Rao Narender Singh as the President of the Haryana Pradesh Congress Committee (HPCC), effective immediately.In a concurrent decision, Shri Bhupinder Singh Hooda has been approved as the Leader of the Congress Legislature Party in Haryana, also with immediate effect.
