National Times Bureau :- In a horrific incident, two teenage girls were hit by a speeding Thar while they were crossing road in Chandigarh's sector 46, killing one of them on the spot and critically injuring other.  The elder one, identified as Sajaf (19), was killed and her younger sister, Isha (17), critically injured.
