Chandigarh, February 7, 2025: In response to the ongoing deportation controversy, Punjab Director General of Police Gaurav Gupta has formed a four-member Fact-Finding Committee, also known as a Special Investigation Team. This committee will be chaired by Parveen Sinha, IPS, Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) for NRI affairs, and will include Shive Verma, IPS, ADGP for Internal Security; Dr. S.
