CHANDIGARH (Gurpreet Singh): The Bhagwant Mann Government will honour 14,100 women entrepreneurs across constituencies, districts and at the state level as the Punjab State Rural Livelihood Mission (PSRLM) marks International Women’s Day on 18 March, with ₹25,000 each for 100 top entrepreneurs and a sharp drop in Non Performing Assets of Self Help Groups from 18 percent to 2.16 percent.
