Chandigarh, November 29, 2025: The Bhagwant Mann–led Punjab government has introduced sweeping reforms in the school education system, replacing rote-learning–based examinations with skill-oriented and competency-based assessments across the Punjab School Education Board (PSEB).The reform marks one of the biggest structural shifts in decades.
