Chandigarh, March 29, 2025 – Punjab’s ongoing crackdown on drug trafficking has led to significant arrests and seizures under the ‘War Against Drugs’ campaign, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leader and Cabinet Minister Laljit Singh Bhullar announced on Saturday.Addressing a press conference at the Chandigarh Party Office, Bhullar revealed that from March 1 to March 28, Punjab Police confiscated 153 kg of heroin, over 87 kg of opium, and more than ₹5.83 crore in cash.
