Chandigarh, November 1: Marking Haryana Day with a milestone in digital governance, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini on Friday launched a state-wide paperless property registration system, taking another decisive step toward transparency and efficient administration.Speaking at a press conference at Haryana Niwas, CM Saini officially rolled out the system by pressing a digital button, extending the initiative that began on September 29 in the Ladwa tehsil of Kurukshetra district.
