National Times Bureau :- The Supreme Court on Friday directed that all stray dogs near schools, colleges, hospitals, bus and railway stations, sports grounds, and other public places must be removed and relocated to shelters. A bench of Justices Vikram Nath, Sandeep Mehta, and NV Anjaria said that once the dogs are taken away, they must not be brought back to the same places. The court asked all states and union territories to list every educational and sports institution under their areas.
