New Buses

Chandigarh, 3 January 2026: The Bhagwant Mann government in Punjab has taken a big step to strengthen public transport and empower women financially. To expand free bus service for women, the state government announced the purchase of 1311 new buses. These include 606 buses for Punjab Roadways (PEPSU) and 705 for PRTC.
