Chandigarh, August 5 – Haryana's Animal Husbandry and Dairy Minister Shyam Singh Rana has directed officials to ensure the installation of biogas plants in all cow shelters across the state. He also called for exploring the potential of manufacturing paint from cow dung and developing various dairy products from milk.
